SHIPPING

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME Please allow an average of 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed. No mass production is done here! Our products are individually created and handled with care. During the holiday season, processing times could increase slightly due to high volume.

SHIPPING TIME After your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your item(s) to arrive! You, or the person you gifted, will then be ready to experience Livacious Lu™! Possible Carrier Shipping Delays: During the holiday season, extreme weather conditions, COVID-19, or other situations out of our control can get really busy for shipping carriers. Therefore, you may experience delays that are not the fault of Livacious Lu™.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, both the original and return costs of shipping will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if returning an item. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For exchanges, shipping time will vary depending on the mailing address.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT POLICY We regret that the Livacious Lu™ item(s) you ordered have been lost or stolen. Please see below: 1). Livacious Lu™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 2). Upon customer inquiry, LIVACIOUS LU™ will confirm delivery to the provided address and date of the delivery. We will also provide tracking & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate in response to a customer inquiry. 3). If the customer has directly contacted the carrier, and the carrier cannot locate the missing package, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@LivaciousLu.com with the case number provided by the carrier and we will provide additional assistance.
